 Ouleye Ndoye is currently pursuing her doctorate in public health at the [Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health](https://www.hsph.harvard.edu/). Ndoye earned her bachelor’s degree in international studies from Spelman College in Atlanta, GA, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude with honors, in the top 1% of her class; Master of Science as a Weidenfeld Scholar from the University of Oxford, UK; and Master of Arts from Columbia University in the City of New York.

 Ouleye is a global leader in health and human rights with over a decade of experience in government, non-profits, and academia. She has received fellowships and scholarships to work, teach, and study in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Europe and at home in the USA. Her advocacy for girls and women has been highlighted by *C-Span,* *New York Times, Washington Post and Atlanta Voice,* among other news outlets.
